NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Baldwin Town Council will conduct a public hearing in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 10 US-90 West, Baldwin, Florida, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. At the hearing, the Town Council will consider adopting an Ordinance entitled: ORDINANCE 2026-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BALDWIN, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF BALDWIN, FLORIDA; UPDATING STATUTORY FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY REFERENCES; PROVIDING FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING; PERMITTING RESILIENCY FACILITIES ON COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DESIGNATED LAND; REQUIRING THE TOWN TO COMPLY WITH SANITARY SEWER PROVISIONS IF EXCEPTIONS CHANGE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION AND EXHIBITS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR A COPY ON FILE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
