NOTICE OF APPLICATION OF WOODSTOCK UTILITIES, LLC, TO REVISE WATER AND WASTEWATER RATES AND CHARGES AND TO ESTABLISH SERVICE AVAILABILITY CHARGES AND POLICY Notice is hereby given on this 9th day of April 2026, that Woodstock Utilities, LLC, seeks to amend its rates and charges and to establish a service availability policy for provision of water and wastewater utility services to its customers within its certificated service area in Baker County, Florida. A copy of the Application can be found by visiting the Baker County Clerk of Court, Stacie D. Harvey, at her office, located at 339 E. Macclenny Avenue #113, Macclenny, Florida 32063, during normal office hours. Any objection to the Application must be made in writing and filed with the Clerk of Court at the address listed hereon with a copy to William E. Sundstrom, P. A. and F. Marshall Deterding, Esq., Sundstrom Law, LLC, 2548 Blairstone Pines Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice.
