NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Village of Estero, Florida proposes to adopt ORDINANCE NO. 2026-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ESTERO, FLORIDA, AMENDING 9-503 OF THE VILLAGE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE RELATED TO NON-CONFORMING LOTS; MAKING RELATED FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The second reading of the ordinance and public hearing will be held at the Village Council meeting on May 6, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chambers, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, Estero, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Copies of proposed ordinance are available for review at the Office of the Village Clerk, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, Estero, Florida. If a person decides to appeal a decision made by the Council in any matter considered at the public hearings/meetings, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is to be made, to include the testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is to be based.
