AD#12286117 4/30/2026 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Indian Harbour Beach The City of Indian Harbour Beach Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chamber, 2055 South Patrick Drive, Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. The Planning and Zoning Board will take public comment and consider the proposed ordinance, in order to make a recommendation to the City Council. This meeting may include one (1) or more members of the Indian Harbour Beach City Council who may or may not participate in the Board discussions held at this public meeting. The City Council of the City of Indian Harbour Beach, Brevard County, Florida will convene in the City Hall Council Chamber, 2055 South Patrick Drive, on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in the following proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 2026 - 07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 16 OF ARTICLE XIII, SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS, OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY RELATING TO PARKING AND STORAGE OF WATERCRAFT AND WATERCRAFT TRAILERS OR COMBINATION THEREOF; AMENDING SECTION 16(c) REGARDING THE PARKING OF WATERCRAFT AND WATERCRAFT TRAILERS ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY; AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY; ADDING A NEW SECTION 19-18.1 PROVIDING FOR PARKING REGULATIONS FOR WATERCRAFT, WATERCRAFT TRAILERS OR COMBINATION THEREOF IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, INCORPORATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE The proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at City Hall, 2055 South Patrick Drive, Indian Harbour Beach, Florida between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All persons wishing to be heard should appear in person at these hearings or send written comments to the City Clerk. All persons and parties are hereby advised that if they should decide to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting or hearing described in this notice, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, said person or party may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (Chapter 286, Florida Statutes).
