MAGIC PLACE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING


The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Magic Place Community Development District (District) will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on May 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Magic Village Views, 7430 Brooklyn Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34747. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the pertinent provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone.


A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd., Suite 270, Orlando, Florida 32817, or by phone (407) 723-5900 (District Managers Office), during normal business hours or from the districts website online: http://magicplacecdd.com/.
