FIRST INSERTION TWO RIVERS EAST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED USER FEES FOR NON-RESIDENTS USE OF DISTRICT RECREATIONAL FACILITIES In accordance with Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, the Two Rivers East Community Development District (the District) hereby gives public notice of a public hearing to establish a fee schedule for non-residents to use the Districts recreational facilities. The hearing will be for the purpose of reviewing and setting a policy and fee schedule for the use of District amenities, to provide for efficient and effective District operations, and to recover the costs of providing the services to non-residents. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall adopt a policy and fee schedule as finally approved by the Board of Supervisors. The Florida Statutes being implemented include Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, generally, and Section 190.035, Florida Statutes, specifically; and provide legal authority for establishment of a policy and fee schedule. A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE TIME, DATE, AND PLACE SHOWN BELOW: DATE: Tuesday, April 21, 2026 TIME: 11:00 a.m. PLACE: Spring Hill Suites by Marriott Tampa Suncoast Parkway 16615 Crosspointe Run Land O Lakes, FL 34638 All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard regarding the proposed establishment of the policy and fee schedule. This public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the public hearing. If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered at a public hearing held in response to a request for such a public hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
