NOTICE THERE IS A PUBLIC HEARING THAT WILL TAKE PLACE BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA ON MONDAY, APRIL 27, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS, AT 5581 WEST OAKLAND PARK BOULEVARD, LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES THAT IF ANY PERSON SHOULD DECIDE TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE AT THE FORTHCOMING PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA, SUCH PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS CONDUCTED AT THE MEETING AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE A PERSON MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, UPON WHICH ANY APPEAL MAY BE BASED. ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO BELIEVES THEY HAVE A DISABILITY WHICH REQUIRES A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE FULLY AND EFFECTIVELY IN THE MEETING SHOULD CONTACT THE CITY CLERK, ANDREA M.
