CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 2026-2358 The City Council will hold public hearings on the below titled ordinance at 6:00 pm, or as soon as may be heard thereafter, on May 4, 2026 (first reading) and May 5, 2026 (second and final reading) in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652. The ordinance in its entirety may be inspected at the City Clerks Office, Second Floor, City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, during regular working hours. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to this proposed ordinance, being particularly described as below. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the above City Council with respect to any matter considered at such hearing, that person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
