CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 2026-2359 A public hearing will be held on the above titled ordinance at 6:00 pm or as soon as may be heard thereafter on Monday, May 4, 2026 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652. The City Council will consider this ordinances adoption into law upon its second and final reading on May 5, 2026. The ordinance in its entirety may be inspected at the City Clerks Office, Second Floor, City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, during regular working hours. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to this proposed ordinance, being particularly described as below. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF SURPLUS CITY PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF GRAND BOULEVARD AND HIGH STREET, AND SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF RUSH BROTHERS PALM HAVEN ADDITION TO NEW PORT RICHEY, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND C E CRAFTS SUBDIVISION NO 5, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2 PAGE 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONS; PROVIDING AUTHORIZATION TO THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS IN ACCORDANCE HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
