PUBLIC NOTICE A virtual Neighborhood Workshop will be held to discuss a proposed site and development plan application for a RaceTrac Convenience Store with Fueling Stations located at 2001 Laurel Road, Nokomis, FL 34275 (portion of Parcel ID No. 0380-02- 0001). The purpose of the Neighborhood Workshop is to inform the neighboring residents of the nature of the proposal, to solicit suggestions and concerns, and explain the proposed plan. The virtual Neighborhood Workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM via Webinar.
