PUBLIC NOTICE - ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE PERMIT APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that Oasis Port Charlotte, Inc., whose address is 8244 Chico Street, Port Charlotte, Florida 33981, has filed an application with the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) for an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP). The proposed project, known as Oasis City Church, includes the construction and operation of a religious facility development with associated site improvements and an on-site stormwater management system.
