PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION / LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA May 21, 2026 DEAR PROPERTY OWNER OR INTERESTED PARTY: At 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the matters may be considered, the Orange County Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) / Local Planning Agency (LPA) shall hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning requests listed below and public hearing for an ordinance as described below. Also, at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026, or as soon thereafter as the matters may be considered, the Orange County PZC / Local Planning Agency (LPA) shall hold public hearings to consider the adoption of Small-Scale Development Amendments to the Orange County Comprehensive Plan (CP), as authorized by Chapter 163, Florida Statutes and pursuant to Sections 163.3187(2) and 125.66, Florida Statutes. PZC / LPA public hearings are held in the Board of County Commissioners Chambers located on the 1st Floor of the Orange County Administration Building, 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida.
