FIRST INSERTION BABCOCK RANCH COMMUNITY INDEPENDENT SPECIAL DISTRICT NOTICE OF PRE-SOLICITATION INFORMAL MEETING REGARDING BABCOCK RANCH LANDSCAPE PROGRAM The Babcock Ranch Community Independent Special District (the "District") will hold an informal, pre-solicitation informational public meeting introducing the upcoming solicitation(s) for landscape maintenance services on: Date April 29, 2026 Time 10:00 a.m. (EST) Location Lake Timber Lodge 42147 Lake Timber Drive Punta Gorda, Florida 33982 This meeting is a public meeting of the District open to all interested parties. No procurement decision has been made at this time, and formal solicitation has not yet been issued. During this informal session, District staff will provide a high-level overview of the anticipated service areas, the general scope and scale of landscape maintenance services, and the overall project structure, expectations and anticipated timelines. This informal session is being held for general community awareness and does not constitute any final determination of scope, contract structure, award criteria, schedule, or otherwise, all of which will be finalized upon the Districts Governing Board (Board) authorization for a formal solicitation at a later date. Attendance at this informational meeting is strongly encouraged for any contractors interested in participating in the upcoming solicitation(s). Please note that attendance is not a prerequisite for submitting a response to a subsequent formal solicitation of the District. This public meeting may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Board members or staff will participate by telephone.
