Vacation Right of Way
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 19, 2026 @ 8:30 am or shortly thereafter in Okaloosa County Administration Building, 1250 Eglin Parkway N, Shalimar, FL 32579, a public hearing will be held before the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida, at the request of Jeremy and Angela Kenney, to consider a resolution to vacate that portion of the unopened segment of Nottingham Way Lying north of and adjacent to Lot 1, Block "O", and south of and adjacent to Lot 8, Block "K", Woodland Shores Subd., as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 66 and 67, of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, FL., being platted right-of-way and more specifically described as:
That portion of the platted Nottingham Way measuring 75 feet by 426.42 feet and lying between Block O and Block K, Woodland Shores Subd., as recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 66, and 67 being more particularly described as follows:
The unopened portion of the platted Nottingham Way lying North of and adjacent to Lot 1, Block O and lying South of and adjacent to Lot 8, Block K, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 66 and 67 of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, FL.
