CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING Approval of a Special Exception or Site Plan Approval of a major modification of a previously approved Type 2 use for a marina. Case number: 26-32000001 Addresses: 100 & 128 Pinellas Bayway. The Development Review Commission (DRC) Public Hearing is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, City Hall, located at 175 Fifth Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida. For more information, please contact our office, Development Review Services Division at DRC@StPete.org. Notice is hereby given that all interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard by the Development Review Commission, with respect to the proposed Special Exception or Site Plan Review case listed above. The city, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), provides reasonable accommodations for all official City proceedings. If you wish to request an accommodation under the ADA, you should contact the City Clerk not less than 72 hours prior to the meeting by calling 727-893-7448 or TDD 727-892-5259, or the Florida Relay Telecommunication Service at 7-1-1. The city cannot guarantee the availability of persons capable of assisting individuals with a hearing impairment or who are unfamiliar with the English language but will attempt to provide such assistance if requested. Copies of the proposed request are available at the Development Review Services Division, MSC Building, and may be inspected by the public. In accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by a governmental board, commission, or agency, they will need a record of the proceeding. It is up to the potentially adversely affected citizen to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, including testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Any person who may need such a record can arrange for a court reporter to attend the public hearing.
