FIRST INSERTION NOTICE OF SUBMITTED APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an application for a letter modification of Water Use Permit Application No. 20020818.001 from Longino Ranch Flint Farm to the reallocation of existing permitted quantities. Date application received: 03/04/2026 Predominant use type(s): Agricultural. Quantities: 674,000 gallons per day (gpd) for Annual Average Daily, 714,200 gpd for Drought Annual Average Daily, and 2,720,700 gpd for Peak Month (no changes from permitted quantities). Location: Section(s) 2, 10, 11, 14 and 15, Township 38 South, Range 22 East in Sarasota County. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at, Southwest Florida Water Management District (District) Tampa Service office located at 7601 Highway 301 North, Tampa, FL 33637-6759 or online via the Application & Permit Search Tools on the districts website at www.watermatters.org/permits/.
