A RESOLUTION AMENDING A RULE OF THE VILLAGE CENTER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AMENDING CHAPTER I OF ITS RULE RELATED TO WATER, SEWER AND MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES WITHIN THE VILLAGE CENTER SERVICE AREA; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
 
A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of the Village Center Community Development District on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. at the District Office, 3571 Kiessel Road, Vista Boulevard, The Villages, Florida. The proposed Rule will implement proposed rate adjustments. At the hearing the Districts residents and all other interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rule adoption. The Rule is being adopted pursuant to Sections 120.54, 190.011, 190.012 and 715.07, Florida Statutes. The proposed Rule is available for review and copying at the District Clerks Office located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, Florida. Notice of Rule Development was advertised in the Daily Sun on March 31, 2026.
