AD#12247436 04/15/26 CITY OF TITUSVILLE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hold public hearings on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber on the second floor of City Hall, located at 555 South Washington Avenue, Titusville, FL, 32796, to hear interested persons in regards to the following variance and appeal applications: Variance Application No. 7-2026 - Land Development Regulations, Chapter 28, Section 28-391 Residential accessory buildings and structures. Subsection 28-391(c) - To allow the cumulative area of all accessory buildings or structures to exceed fifty (50) percent of the square foot area of the principal structure, for property located in the Multifamily High Density (R-3) zoning district, at 1165 Mockingbird Lane, Titusville, FL 32780, as submitted by Glen Keller, owner. Variance Application No. 9-2026 - Land Development Regulations, Chapter 28, Section 28-108 Car wash. Subsection 28-108(c)(4)(h) To eliminate the requirement for a six-foot high masonry screening wall where the site abuts a residential zoning district or use, for property located in the Community Commercial (CC) zoning district, at 2035 Cheney Hwy, Titusville, FL 32780, as submitted by Foresite Group, LLC, authorized applicant for Rock Titusville LLC, Owner. These matters are subject to quasi-judicial rules of procedure. Interested parties should limit contact with the Board of Adjustments and Appeals on these topics to properly noticed public hearings or to written communication to the City Clerks Office. Any person who decides to appeal a decision of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is made. The City desires to accommodate persons with disabilities.
