Ad#12294943 05/03/2026 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brevard County Value Adjustment Board will reconvene on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Florida Room, Building C, 3rd floor, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, Florida, for the purpose of considering whether to adopt as final decisions all recommended decisions made by Special Magistrates on petitions of all types heard by Special Magistrates, as well as any other business that may properly come before the Board. The final decisions may be entered without public comment. If any petitioner disagrees with the decision of the Value Adjustment Board, an appeal may be filed in Circuit Court. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Such person may provide a court recorder, stenographer, or a recording device for such verbatim record. In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, if any person with a disability as defined by the ADA needs special accommodations to participate in this proceeding, he or she should contact the Brevard County Managers Office at 321-633-2001 no later than two (2) business days prior to the proceeding.
