LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING The Sumter County Planning Zoning Special Master will hold a public hearing on May 4, 2026 at 5:00 P.M at The Villages Sumter County Service Center 7375 Powell Rd, Wildwood, FL 34785 to consider the following application: Case No: LU26-000010 Applicant: Mary Holcomb General Location: Bushnell Area West of C-575 and South of SW 60th Ave Legal Description: N 1155 FT OF E1/2 OF NW1/4 LESS DR #575 R/W & LESS E 6.75 FT THEREOF & LESS S 470 FT THEREOF Requested Action: Future land use change on a 20.07 MOL parcel from Agriculture to Rural Residential. Case No: ZON26-000010 Applicant: Mary Holcomb General Location: Same as above Legal Description: Same as above Requested Action: Change in zoning on 20.07 acre MOL portion of a parcel from General Agriculture minimum ten acres with Conventional Housing (A10C) and Rural Residential Minimum Five Acres with Conventional Housing (RR5C) to Rural Residential Minimum One Acre with Conventional Housing (RR1C).
