NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on January 12, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025CA002025 in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein ANA CAROLINA NOLETO MONTEIRO VASCONCELOS, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KELVIN SOTO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Osceola County Courthouse 2 Courthouse Square, Suite 2600/Room # 2602, Kissimmee, FL 34741 on May 7, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 869, OF STOREY CREEK PHASE 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2281 POCKY WAY, KISSIMMEE, FL 34746 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
