MATSUBARA, GABRIEL NEUBARTH GIORGI, MATSUBARA & GIORGI INVESTMENTS LLC, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KELVIN SOTO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Osceola County Courthouse 2 Courthouse Square, Suite 2600/Room # 2602, Kissimmee, FL 34741 on April 28, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 550, OF COVE AT STOREY LAKE IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 18 THROUGH 35, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3009 PENELOPE LOOP, KISSIMMEE, FL 34746 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
