Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Historic Preservation Board in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, February 18, 2025, for proposed Certificate of Appropriateness for demolition at 1110 Pine Avenue.
