Public hearing for a dental assisting school conditional use request.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, that said Commission will be holding Public Hearings to review a Conditional Use request to operate a dental assisting school in conjunction with an existing dental office, located at 743 Stirling Center Place. The subject property has Seminole County Parcel ID numbers: 06-20-30-517-0700-1000 and 06-20-30-517-0700-1010 (see location map below).


The meeting will take place on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 7:00 pm (or as soon as possible thereafter).

The Public Hearings will be held in the City of Lake Mary Commission Chambers, 100 N. Country Club Road, Lake Mary. However, the public is advised to check the City website for up-to-date information on any changes to the manner in which the meeting will be held and the location. Said hearing may be continued from time to time until the City Commission makes a final decision.


NOTE: IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THIS COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING OR HEARING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED. FLORIDA STATUTES 286.0105.
