CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on the following proposed ordinance on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard by the City Commission in the Commission Chambers, 100 N.W. 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida, at which time the City Commission will consider its adoption. The proposed ordinance may be inspected at the Office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 100 N.W. 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. ORDINANCE NO. 13-26 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, TITLE III, ADMINISTRATION, CHAPTER 36, ACQUISITION OF GOODS AND SERVICES AND DISPOSAL OF CITY PROPERTY, SECTION 36.02, COMMISSION APPROVAL REQUIRED, TO INCREASE THE THRESHOLD FOR CITY COMMISSION APPROVAL OF ACQUISITIONS FROM $65,000 TO $100,000; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
