Crown Castle is proposing to install a 38-foot Pole telecommunications utility structure at the following site: 820 Northwest 39th Avenue, Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida, 33126 (25 46 49.3 N / 80 15 35.3 W). The telecommunications utility structure is not expected to be lighted. Any interested party that believes the proposed action may have a significant impact on the environment may file a Request for Environmental Review (Request) to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Such Request may only raise environmental concerns. Information regarding the project may be found under file number A1376608 on the FCC website www.fcc.gov/asr/applications. The Request must be filed with the FCC within 30 days of the notice being posted on the FCC website. The FCC strongly encourages that all Requests be filed electronically at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
