YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for adoption has been filed against you in this Court.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alexis Degrave, whose address is 1203 Lincoln St, Hollywood, FL 33019, on or before March 20 2026 {date}, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at {Clerk's address} at: 201 S.E. 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, before service on the Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition for Adoption.
