NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of February, 2026 and entered in Case No. CACE-25-006214, of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein TEACHERS INSURANCE AND ANNUITY ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH J. SIMMONS, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court, BRENDA D. FORMAN, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 423 OF POLYNESIAN GARDENS CONDOMINIUM PART TWO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5526, PAGE(S) 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
