NOTICE REQUEST FOR LETTER OF INTEREST RLI 2026-023 SPONSORSHIP ACQUISITION SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill, Florida (“City”) is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified firms or individuals to provide Sponsorship Acquisition Services for City-produced events, activities, projects, and programs. Letters of Interest must be submitted electronically via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ no later than 10:45 A.M. (EST) on February 19, 2026. Submissions received after this time will not be considered. The City seeks experienced vendors capable of identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships that enhance City programming, expand marketing reach, and generate additional resources to support cultural, recreational, and community initiatives. The Request for Letter of Interest (RLI) documents will be available for examination and download beginning January 30, 2026, via IonWave.Vendors obtaining solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete.
