NOTICE OF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Madeira Community Development District (District) will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on February 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the at the St. Augustine - St. Johns County Airport Authority 4730 Casa Cola Way St. Augustine, FL 32095. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc, 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614 (District Managers Office) or by emailing the District Manager at LGallagher@rizzetta.com and/or by telephoning 904-436-6270 during normal business hours. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting. Any person requiring special accommodation in order to access and participate in the meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Managers Office.
