NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Vero Beach, Florida, shall hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., to consider the following:
