NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF VERO BEACH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Vero Beach, Florida, shall hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., to consider the following: [QUASI-JUDICIAL] SITE PLAN APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY MBV ENGINEERING INC FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A CAR RENTAL LOT, INCLUDING A 2,800 SQUARE FOOT RENTAL BUILDING, 2,296 SQUARE FOOT DETAIL BAYS, VACUUMING/FUELING AREA LOCATED AT 3100 PRO FLITE DRIVE (#SP25-000011) Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to matters related to the above proposals.
