NOTICE OF INTENT PUBLIC HEARINGS EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, shall hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an ordinance for approval and transmittal of the Evaluation and Appraisal Report of the comprehensive plan. The Board's public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the County Commission Chambers of the County Administration Building A, located at 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida. All interested people are invited to attend and be heard. The Evaluation and Appraisal Report may be inspected by the public at the Planning and Development Services Department located in the County Administration Building A, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
