TRUSTEES NOTICE OF SALE TO: (See Exhibit A-Obligor) Notice is hereby given that on March 2, 2026 at 11:00AM, in the offices of Esquire Reporting Inc., 505 South 2nd Street, Suite 210, Ft. Pierce, Florida 34950, the following described Timeshare Ownership Interests at Village North Condominium will be offered for sale: Unit Week (See Exhibit A- Week), in Unit (See Exhibit A-Unit), an (See Exhibit A-Type) Unit Week in Village North Condominium, pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1309, Page 0885, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and all amendments thereof and supplements thereto ('Declaration'). The default giving rise to the sale is the failure to pay assessments as set forth in the Claims of Lien in favor of Village North Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida Corporation encumbering the Timeshare Ownership Interest recorded (See Exhibit A-Date Rec.) as Document No. (See Exhibit A-Doc. No.) of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The amount secured by the assessment lien is for unpaid assessments, accrued interest, plus interest accruing at a per diem rate of $(See Exhibit A-Per Diem) together with the costs of this proceeding and sale and all other amounts secured by the Claim of Lien, for a total amount due as of the date of the sale of $(See Exhibit A-Total). The Obligor has the right to cure this default and any junior interestholder may redeem its interest up to the date the Trustee issues the Certificate of Sale by sending certified funds to the Trustee payable to the Lienholder in the amount of $(See Exhibit A-Total). Said funds for cure or redemption must be received by the Trustee before the Certificate of Sale is issued. Any person, other than the Obligor as of the date of recording this Notice of Sale, claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale of the above property, if any, must file a claim. The successful bidder may be responsible for any and all unpaid condominium assessments that come due up to the time of transfer of title, including those owed by the Obligor or prior owner.
