MARTIN COUNTY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MINOR DEVELOPMENT ORDER Notice is hereby given that on January 26, 2026, the Martin County Growth Management Director issued a development order approving the minor final site plan for the SW 96th Street Convenience Store Project (K049-003). More specifically, this approval is to construct a one-story, approximately 9,472 square-foot convenience store/retail building and associated infrastructure on a 1.75-acre site. The site is currently undeveloped and is located on the south side of SW 96th street, approximately 230 feet west of the intersection of SW 96th Street and SW Kanner Highway, in Stuart. Copies of the Development Order are available from the Growth Management Department, Martin County Administrative Center, 2401 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida. This document may be reproduced upon request in an alternative format by contacting the County ADA Coordinator at 772-320-3131, the County Administration Office 772-288-5400 or by completing our accessibility feedback form at www.martin.fl.us/accessibility-feedback.
