File No. 2025 CP 000667 NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of Charles Ashley Rutter a/k/a Charles A. Rutter a/k/a Charles Rutter, deceased, whose date of death was June 22, 2024, is pending in the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 4025 Avalon Blvd., Milton, FL 32583 (Mailing: P.O. Box 472, Milton, FL 32572). The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
