Bids are being solicited for FAMU Centennial Lab Renovation project.

INVITATION TO BID
Arris General Contractors, Inc., as Construction Manager for the project known as Florida A&M University (FAMU) Centennial Lab Renovation of CEPAST, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Trade Contractors. Arris will receive sealed proposals on bid packages based on the construction documents by Pinnacle Engineering Group. All bidders must be pre-qualified before submitting a proposal. Small, minority, service-disabled veterans, and women-owned business enterprises are strongly encouraged to submit responses to our solicitations.
Bid Documents: Complete an ITB request on our website at www.arrisgci.com/itb-request.
Scope includes: acoustical tile ceiling, light-gauge framing, gypsum wallboard, paint, electrical, and mechanical.
Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: February 18, 10 am at 2077 E Paul Dirac Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32310 (South Entrance)

Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the same location following the close of bidding. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
