Childers Construction Company, The Construction Manager, state license number CGC45514, invites your firm to submit proposals for the above referenced project.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents will be available on January 23, 2026 at the Childers Construction Company FTP site at www.childers-construction.com under the Subcontractor Tab on the Childers Home Page, with the following information:

It is the responsibility of the bidders and vendors to inquire concerning additional Supplements and Addendums that are normally issued during the bid process. All revisions will be posted on Childers FTP site.
PRE-BID MEETING: There will be a pre-bid meeting on site for this project on January 15, 2026 at 10:00 am ET.  
GENERAL PREQUALIFICATION: Bidders must be prequalified by the Construction Manager to bid the project. All bidders must prequalify for the current 2026 year and must submit the form in this bid package. Confirm your status with Mindee Hurst.  Prequalifications must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to bid.
BID SECURITY: There is 5% security required to bid this project for EVERY Bid Package.
BONDING: All bids exceeding $100,000 shall provide Performance & Payment Bonds.
SEALED BIDS: will be received by the Construction Manager until 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 10, 2026.  Bidders are advised to hand deliver bids or send by US mail, FEDEX or UPS to 3472 Weems Rd, Suite 1, Tallahassee FL, 32317 and must be confirmed by the bidder by calling our office 850-491-1385.  Childers acknowledges NO responsibility for faxed, electronic or second party delivered bids.  Emailed bids should be sent to bids@childers-construction.com.  All bids results listed on "Bid Tabulations" are unofficial until scope reviews are conducted after the bid date.
