NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION The Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an application from Ashley Rosado for an Individual Environmental Resource Permit to construct a HTeaO, drive-thru tea bar at 4355 North Himes Avenue, Tampa, FL 33607. This notice is published in accordance with Sections 373.116, 373.118(3), 373.146, and 373.413(3), F.S., and Rule 40D-1.603(10), F.A.C. Copies of the application are available at Southwest Florida Water Management District, 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida 34604-6899. Written comments may be submitted to the District at the above address.
