NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON REZONINGS FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s): 1. Nguyen Thien/Little Road MPUD (RZ-7721) petition for a rezoning from a E-R Estate-Residential District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located on the east side of Little Road, approximately 500 feet north of Jasmine Boulevard (aka 13-25-16-0040-00000-1521 et al).
