PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
1. Nguyen Thien/Little Road MPUD (RZ-7721) petition for a rezoning from a E-R Estate-Residential District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located on the east side of Little Road, approximately 500 feet north of Jasmine Boulevard (aka 13-25-16-0040-00000-1521 et al).
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
2. R & R Property Investments LLC / R & R Property Shady Hills (RZ-7909) petition for a rezoning from an A-R Agricultural-Residential District to a C-2 General Commercial District for a parcel located on the east side of Shady Hills Road, approximately 75 feet north of the intersection of shady Hills Road and Floralton Drive (aka 06-24-18-0000-00100-0020 (portion of).
3. M&M Route 54 West LLC / Mitchell 54 West MPUD (RZ-7897) petition for a rezoning from a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for parcels located on the south side of State Road 54, approximately one-quarter mile west of Little Road (aka 23-26-16-0110-0D600-0000 et al).
