NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON A REZONING FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
1.	Ground Floor Storage, LLC/Old Dixie Resort MPUD (RZ-7895) petition for a rezoning from an R-4 High Density Residential District to an MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located east of Old Dixie Highway, approximately 0.56 miles north of the intersection of New York Ave and Old Dixie Highway (aka 22-24-16-0000-00100-0060).
