NOTICE OF SALE OF VESSEL BY U.S. MARSHAL
On February 11, 2026, at 1p.m., S/Y Dreamer, A 1955, 55 Bruce Roberts Sailboat, former Official NO. 1030661, her engines, tackle, apparel, appurtenances, etc. will be sold AS IS and WHERE IS, free of all mortgages, liens, and other encumbrances at a public auction sale pursuant to an Order issued from the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on January 20, 2026 (Doc. No. 59), and pursuant to Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual Rule 5(r). The sale will take place at the front steps of the St. Petersburg Judicial Building located at 545 1st Ave North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701.
Interested buyers will be allowed to preview the vessel during the week prior to the sale by appointment only. Please contact the Substitute Custodian Anthony J. Cuva, Esq. located at 100 North Tampa, Street, Suite 1900, Tampa, FL 33602, (813)834-9191 to schedule a visit or to obtain further information regarding the Vessel.
Immediately after auction, the successful bidder must deposit the full purchase price, or a minimum deposit of 10% of the successful bid, with the U.S. Marshal by certified or cashiers check. The balance, if any, must be paid to the U.S. Marshal by certified or cashiers check before the sale is confirmed, and as set forth in Middle District of Florida Admiralty and Maritime Practice Manual Rule 5(r). The Plaintiff, Prometheus Maritime Investments, LLC, shall be permitted to credit bid up to the amount of its Judgment in lieu of paying cash.
