THE PROPERTY WILL REQUIRE COMMERCIAL UPGRADES TO THE PARKING, SEPTIC, WATER CONNECTION, DRAINAGE, AND LANDSCAPING. THIS WILL REQUIRE PERMITS FROM SWFWMD AND HERNANDO COUNTY.
