TO: Michael Quinn or the father of Elijah Gabriel Batista, born on 07/06/2017 in Brandon, FL. to Lenializ Noelyz Batista: A petition has been presented to this court by Department of Children & Families Springfield, seeking, as to the following child: Elijah Gabriel Batista, that said child be found in need of care and protection and committed to the Department of Children and Families.
