Let it be know to one and all that in the United States of America and to the Whole World that on this date of June 17, 2001, the date of our Lord: that National University of Health Sciences: Located in Lombard, Illinois, bestowed the Honors of Successful Completition of all the Requirements for INJECTABLE NUTRIENTS AND PARENTERAL NUTRITION to Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C., residing in the State of Florida in the United States of America.
This intensive 120 Hour study program, encompassing six months in duration, encompassed
the education and training both in Didactic and Clinical Hands-on Applications of Injectable Therapeutics to Human Beings for the aid and repair due to Health Challenges of a myriad of Clinical Conditions. In addition to Didactic and Clinical Hands-on training of Injectable Nutrients and Parenteral Nutrition, extensive Pharmacology and Toxicology was taught for the exposure and knowledge needed for contraindications and/or side effects of Injectable Therapeutic Administration.
The Hands-on Clinical Teaching techniques encompassed the modalities of administering multiple products described as Vitamins, Minerals, Homeopathics, Procaine, Ozone and various other Natural Substances and Compounds through the techniques of Intravenous, Intramuscular, Subcutaneous, Intraarticular, Oral, Nasal, Rectal and Infraspinous and all other routes of administration.
After numerous oral and written examinations, Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C.,successfully completed all physical Hands-On Administrative Techniques and Didactic Academic examination testing procedures; he was bestowed the Post Graduate Doctoral Degree of: INJECTABLE NUTRIENTS AND PARENTERAL NUTRITION: Chartered under the Laws of the State of Illinois on this Seventh Day of June, 2001.
Therefore, from this date: June 17, 2001 and forth in Perpetual time, that Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C., has been successfully educated both in the Didactic and the Clinical and Physical Hands-On training and application of any and ALL Injectable Therapeutics IN ANY CLINICAL SETTING AND LOCATION.
Therefore Noted: On this 17th Day of June 2001: That Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C., has successfully met and completed all the Requirements and Studies for the Injectable Nutrients and Parenteral Nutrition Degree and Certification.
