Let it be known to one and all that in the United States of America and the World that on this date of July 20, 2021, the date of our Lord: that The State of Oklahoma BOARD OF CHIROPRACTIC EXAMINERS; located Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, bestowed the Honors of Successful Competition of all the Requirements for INJECTABLE CERTIFICATION to Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C. residing in the State of Florida in the United States of America.
This intensive study program and requirements was set forth by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners O.A.C. 140: 15-5-1 THROUGH 140:15-5-3. This Certification administered by the State of Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners notes and validates that Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C. had documentary evidence of satisfactory completion of a minimum of twentyfour hours of education and training in administration and use of injectable products: such as Vitamins, Minerals, Homeopathic products and/or other Nutritional products within the scope of practice under the Laws of the State of Oklahoma. This course of study dealt with both Didactic and Clinical Hands-on Applications of Injectable Therapeutics to Human Beings for the aid and repair due to Health Challenges of a myriad of Clinical Conditions.
The Hands-on Clinical Teaching techniques encompassed the modalities of administering multiple products described as Vitamins, Minerals, Homeopathics, Procaine and various other Natural Substances and Compounds through the techniques of Intravenous, Intermuscular, Subcutaneous, Intraarticular, Oral, Nasal and Infraspinous and all other routes of administration.
Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C., successfully completed ALL successful Administrative Techniques
and Didactic Academic Studies to be able to be bestowed the Post Graduate Doctoral Degree Chartered under the Laws of The State of Oklahoma and Granted by the State of Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners on this Twentieth Day of July 2021: Certificate Number: 625..
Therefore, from this date: July 20, 2021 and forth in Perpetual time that Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C., has been successfully educated both in the Didactic and the Clinical and Physical Hands-on training and application of any and All Injectable Therapeutics IN ANY CLINICAL SETTING AND LOCATION.
Therefore noted: On this 20th Day of July, Two-Thousand Twenty-One: That Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C., Has Successfully Met and Completed all the Requirements and Studies for Injectable Certification.
