Let it be known to one and all in the United States of America and the World that on this date of August 8, 2002, the date of our Lord: that Lincoln College of Post Professional, Graduate and Continuing Education: a Division of National University of Health Sciences, located in Lombard, Illinois, bestowed the Honors of Successful Completion of the Requirements and Course Study of: Human Pharmacology, to Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C., residing in the State of Florida in the United States of America.
This intensive 120 Hour study program, encompassing six months in duration, encompassing the training in Didactic education and application of Human Pharmacology and Toxicology in the Application, Side Effects and Contraindications of Prescriptive Medications to Human Beings in the aid and repair due of Health Challenges of a myriad of Clinical Conditions.
The Clinical training encompassed licensed educators: (Pharmacologists) from leading Medical Schools in the Chicago, Illinois area affiliated with and teaching course curriculums at the: National University of Health Sciences, teaching the courses of Human Pharmacology and Toxicology.
After successful completions of Oral and written examinations, Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C. successfully completed all his Didactic/ Academic and Clinical Training and was bestowed the Post Graduate Doctoral Degree of: Human Pharmacology: Chartered under the Laws of the State of Illinois on this 8th Day of August 2002.
Therefore, from this date of: August 8, 2002 and forth in Perpetual time, that Dr. Michael John Badanek D.C., has been successfully educated both in the Didactic and the Clinical Applications of Prescriptive Allopathic Medications and Therapeutics IN ANY CLINICAL SETTING AND LOCATION.
