Notice of Action for Publication TO: Chad Dustin Woods 2086 Bacon Street San Diego, California 92107 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Sasso Guerrero & Henderlite, Petitioners attorneys, whose address is 9191 R.G. Skinner Parkway, Ste. 703, Jacksonville, Florida 32256, on or before March 20, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Duval County Courthouse, 501 West Adams Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, either before service on Petitioners attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
