Sealed bids for janitorial services and HVAC replacement in Savannah are being accepted.

Sealed bids/proposals, as appropriate, are being accepted by the Board of Education for the City of Savannah and County of Chatham for the following opportunities:
 
RFP 26-42  “As Needed” Janitorial Services (Annual Contract) Optional Pre-Bid conference is scheduled to be held at Capital Projects, Conference Room #2, located at 3609 Hopkins Street, Savannah, GA 31405 on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
Closing Date: 05/12/2026 at 10:00 A.M.
 
BID C26-10  Savannah Classical Academy HVAC Replacement Pre-Bid conference is scheduled to be held at Savannah Classical Academy, 705 East Anderson Street, Savannah, GA 31401 on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. A Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total estimated amount of the proposal, made payable to the Savannah- Chatham County Board of Public Education. If a Bidder’s Bid exceeds $100,000 and the Bidder is the successful Bidder who is awarded a contract at the end of this solicitation then the successful Bidder will be required to provide both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% percent of the total Contract amount within 14 days receipt of the District’s Intent to Award and prior to execution of contract.
Closing Date: 05/12/2026 at 2:00 P.M.
 
On the date and time noted above, bids will be publicly opened, and proposals registered. No extension of the bidding/proposal period will be made unless indicated by a written addendum. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in bids/proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Board. The Board has the right to disqualify a bid/proposal of any offeror deemed nonresponsive to the Board.
