CHAVIS 2843 Cantrell St. Philadelphia, PA 19145 By order of the court for service by publication dated March 26, 2026, you are hereby notified that on August 14, 2025, Norman J. Chavis filed suit against you for divorce. In this suit he seeks, divorce, division of marital property, custody of his children and child support.
